Dr. René C. Valerio is recognized as one of the best in his field, with over 20 years of experience in plastic surgery. He completed his plastic surgery residency training at the University of the Philippines–Philippine General Hospital Medical Center (UP-PGH). He has attended post-residency and post-graduate instructional courses and symposia at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital, New York, USA and at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, Texas, USA. Dr. Valerio is presently an active member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Plastic Surgeons and a Fellow of the Philippine Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Section of Plastic Surgery at St. Luke’s Medical Center — the country's premiere and Joint Commission International (JCI) accredited medical center. With high distinction, Dr. Valerio is the only Philippine-based Filipino plastic surgeon who is an active member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Francisco C. Manalo, M.D.

Dr. Francisco C. Manalo has over 10 years of experience in the field of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. After completing his plastic surgery residency at the University of the Philippines–Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), he underwent post-residency training in plastic surgery in Cabrini Hospital in Melbourne, Australia and attended numerous instructional courses and symposia in the USA and Asia. Dr. Manalo is a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the Philippine Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons. He is currently the Chief of the Section of Plastic Surgery at the Makati Medical Center and is also the Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at the UP-PGH, where he concurrently carries an academic rank of Associate Professor II. He is also an attending surgeon at the Asian Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Manalo is an active member of the Oriental Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the International Confederation for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
Joel C. Unson, M.D.
Dr. Joel Reginald Carlos Unson is at the forefront of a dynamic new era of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery in the Philippines. With almost a decade of surgical experience under his belt, he has concurrently authored multiple scientific research papers in his field of surgical sub-specialty. Dr. Unson has traveled extensively to attend seminars and workshops, both locally and internationally in an insatiable pursuit of advancement in his field. Dr. Unson completed a General Surgery Residency Program at the Veteran's Memorial Hospital and a Plastic Surgery Fellowship under the Consortium I Program, based at the Makati Medical Center. Laurence T. Loh, M.D.
Dr. Laurence Loh completed his Plastic Surgery and General Surgery Residency at the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital and further trained in a Craniofacial and Microvascular Surgery Fellowship in Norfolk, Virginia, USA. He has served as a Board Examiner of the Philippine Board of Plastic Surgery and as Board Secretary of the Philippine Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (PAPRAS). Dr. Loh has held several prominent positions in prestigious medical centers, including Training Officer of the Section of Plastic Surgery at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Assistant Chief of the Aesthetic Surgery Center at St. Luke’s Medical Center and Chief of Plastic Surgery at Jose Reyes Medical Center.
A health care advocate at heart, Dr. Loh is a Member of the Plastic Surgery Council of Operation Smile International, a volunteer organization dedicated to the reconstructive surgery of childhood facial deformities and self-sufficient health care systems for families in developing countries. He also served as Board Vice-Chairman and Medical Director of Operation Smile Philippines.
